Cauca living is one of the newest development projects in the residential area of Tera Kora. A project consisting of 4 semi-detached apartments of 2 bedrooms each with a communal pool. The plot is a leasehold land of 1062m2 and the property is divided up into apartment rights. So each owner will be for 1/4th part owner of the common areas; yard, pool and palapa. What the owner will retain privately are the front porch, interior spaces of the purchased apartment and two parking spaces.
